Why We Left NOLA for the North
NOLA was good to us for over a decade and a half, but the truth is, it was time for a change. Between the brutal, relentless summer heat—which made working and exercising outside nearly impossible—and the rising challenges with local safety, crime and road rage, we knew we needed a better quality of life.
So, my son Kepler and I made the move to Cleveland, which is actually a homecoming for me!

This move is about more than just starting a new chapter for my business—it’s a launchpad for the next generation. My son Kepler is finishing up his senior year at a local Cleveland High School and will be entering the HVAC profession shortly after.
Our long-term plan is to serve the Cleveland area with elite property services for decades to come. In a few years, Kepler will be launching Sunshine HVAC to run alongside our inspection services, making us your ultimate home-care partners.
